Andrew M. Smith
Andrew (B.A. Clearwater Christian College, Mdiv. Southern Seminary, Doctor of Ministry Master’s Seminary) was born and raised in West Virginia where many of his ancestors migrated to preach the gospel in the 1700’s. His great grandfather (5 greats) is David Smith (b. 1754) who ported out of Dublin, Ireland and was instrumental in establishing the first major Presbyterian seminary in the United States. Eudolphia Hall later became Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. It started in Service Presbyterian Church on land donated by David Smith, a member and leader in the church. Andrew was saved and baptized at Centerville Baptist Church in Wayne County, WV – a church pastored by two of his great, great grandfathers (Rev. “Allie” Smith and Rev. Abraham Cyrus Hutchinson).
Andrew was ordained in 2006 and has served as pastor in WV, KY, and FL. He is the establishing pastor of Christ Reformed (St. Augustine, FL) where he currently pastors.
He is married to Corie Lynne and together they have five children: Gracie, Jackson, Preston, Coplen, and Calvin.
